In order to provide a safe environment for all of our guests and staff we are implementing several addition guidelines during this time
- We have installed hand sanitizer stations at the front and back door of the property for everyone to use on the way into the hostel
- All check-in will be done remotely with prepayment and self check-in instructions
- We have installed privacy curtains on each bunk to add a layer of protection against coughs and sneezes
- We are providing a free mask to each guest. Our current government mandate requires all persons to wear a mask while inside lodging facilities
- We have installed MERV 14 air filters to reduce ultrafine particles such as bacteria and viruses
- We have upped our cleaning regiment and sterilization of high touch surfaces
- We are limiting dorm occupancy to bottom bunks only
- We are reducing lounge area inside and encouraging everyone to spend time on our front porch, back deck, and backyard
- We are limiting number of allowed people in the kitchen at one time
- We are implementing a cleaning period "lock out" each day so that staff can have unimpeded access to the hostel. Guests are not required to leave the premises, but are required to vacate the interior and make use of our exterior spaces
